This script allows the user to bring 3D positions from 3DS Max to After effects, both
static and animated. To use this script and have your imported position data match your
scene correctly, you will need to import your camera from max into AE. The best way to do
this is to render your image, or images as an .RPF file format. After Effects can read this
information (using the rpf camera import) and create a 3D camera that matches your scene in
AE. You can then paste the keyframe data (Generated by this script) onto any object in AE
that has its 3D position enabled. It is important to make sure your camera settings in AE
match your camera in Max. For a walkthrough please watch the demo video.
